SK Collet

SK collets are high-precision spring-loaded chucks primarily used for securing tools in CNC machine tools, engraving machines, and other equipment. They offer high-speed machining and high-precision clamping.

They are generally made of high-carbon bearing steel with a hardness range of HRC44-48, ensuring high wear resistance and deformation resistance. Some products are plated (such as titanium carbide or tin) for enhanced corrosion resistance.

Specifications include SK06, SK10, SK13, SK16, SK20, and SK25, suitable for milling cutters and drill bits of varying diameters.
