OZ Collets Series

OZ collets are commonly made of AlSi7Mg alloy (aluminum-silicon-magnesium alloy). This material offers high strength, lightweight, and corrosion resistance, making it suitable for high-precision machining.

Some products may use 65Mn spring steel, which has a hardness of 44-48 HRC and is characterized by high elasticity and hardenability.

They comply with DIN 6388 standards and offer repeatability up to 0.005mm². Some models also feature high static stiffness, making them suitable for precision machining.
